You can add a menu item to open a

Locate the

Click
next to the The Share screen is displayed.

Click Copy.

Paste the link into a text editor.

Delete the first part of the URL, up to and including perspective.
The copied URL will look something like this:
perspective=home&folder=.public_folders%2FOperational+Reports%2FAccounts+Payable&location=team

Copy the text into clipboard.

In pxiPronto Xi, on the ribbon select Settings > Personalise.

Click MyMenu.
-
Click Add Item.

Select Reporting URL.

Specify the following:

URLpaste the copied URL into the field directly after the REPORT: text

Descriptionenter a description for the

Windowselect New Window

Iconoptionally select an icon to display in the menu

Click OK.
