What is in this report?
inv02Selected SKUs, including warehouse balances, orders, and availability.

Pronto Xi Business Intelligence offers a suite of standard reports. by purchase order or sales order.
How do I use it?
Sort options:
Group/Sort Report by — sortArrange elements of a list in a certain order. The most-used orders are numerical order and lexicographical order. and groupIn security, a list of users or other groups that can be used to assign access permissions and capabilities. Groups can be referenced from other authentication sources or can be local to Pronto Xi Business Intelligence. Local groups are managed from BI Administration. The list of groups that an authentication user is a member of is part of the user's passport for an Pronto Xi Business Intelligence session. In reporting, grouping is the action of organising common values of query item together and only displaying the value once. Headers and footers often appear after each instance of a common value in a grouped column the report by Item Code or Product Group.
FiltersSelectively remove data from view. include:

Show On Hand $ Value — specify whether or not to display the on hand $ value

Balance Selection — specify whether to display all balances, non-zero balances, negative balances, or available to sell balances in the Qty Available column
- Item Code — search by item code, item keyword or the item code or item code range

Columns to Show — select additional columns to display
Other filters include Item Type, Product Group, Warehouse, and ABC Class.
What can I do in the report?
You can sort and group the report using Group/Sort by, by Item Code or Product Group
You can filter by Show On Hand $ Value and Balance Selection.
