What is in this report?

gl04General Ledger accounts and balances as at selected year and period, with option to include opening balances and movements.

How do I use it?

Sort options:

Display by — viewA set of data connected to a cube, deliberately laid out to communicate business information. by either General Ledger account code or natural account

FiltersSelectively remove data from view. include:

• Period — select the General Ledger period

• Year — select the year

  This displays from the start of the Time Dimension to the current General Ledger year

• Balance Sheet or Profit & Loss or Both — specify whether to show the balance sheet, the profit and loss statement, or both

  This filters the General Ledger codes to display, based upon the Balance Sheet or P&L radio button options against each General Ledger code in pxiPronto Xi

• Z Accounts — include, exclude, or show only Z accounts

• Show Zero Balance/Inactive accounts — include or exclude accounts that have a zero balance and or zero movement or zero opening balance

• Report Style — include movements (opening balance - movements - closing balance) or just closing balance

• Show Period Budget 0 — select whether to display the period budget zero

• Company — filter based upon General Ledger Master code

• Natural Account — select one or more natural accounts

What can I do in the report?

You can filter by Period, Year, Balance Sheet, Balance Sheet or Profit & Loss or Both, and Show Zero Balance/Inactive Accounts, and Show Period Budget 0.

You can sortArrange elements of a list in a certain order. The most-used orders are numerical order and lexicographical order. by either General Ledger account code or natural account.
