What is in this report?

gl02_2Standard balance sheet based on GL Hierarchy 100, including MTD and YTD values for accounts that have values.

The reportA set of data deliberately laid out to communicate business information. Depending on the context, 'report' may refer to report specification or report output. Report (more precisely, report specification) is the generic term for the objects created or edited in Cognos Analytics. Pronto Xi Business Intelligence offers a suite of standard reports. is hard-coded to use Hierarchy #100 and this hierarchyIn Analytics Dashboards, regular dimensions contain descriptive and business key information and this information is organised into a hierarchy; from it's highest level of granularity, to its lowest. The hierarchy contains multiple levels. For example, a hierarchy that has three levels such as "All Products", "Product Group", and "Products". must be populated for the report to display. If it’s not populated, the report will return a page with column headings and the two prompts only, with no rows and no data.

How do I use it?

Select Summary or Detail to viewA set of data connected to a cube, deliberately laid out to communicate business information. the summary or detail version of the report.

FiltersSelectively remove data from view. include:

• Year — display from the start of the Time Dimension to the current General Ledger year

• Period — display the general ledger periods

• Display Ratios — specify whether or not to display the four ratios –current ratio, quick ratio, cash ratio, and working capital

• Company — select one or more General Ledger companies

• Columns to display — select the columns to display

  This defaults to LY YTD (Last Year Year to Date), and includes the optional opening balance for the period selected), MTD movements, LY MTD, and LY Full Year

  The report always displays YTD.

What can I do in the report?

Select Summary or Detail to view the summary or detail version of the report.

Filter by Period, Year, and Display Ratios.

Right-click any of the drill-down links and select Open link in new tab to view the data in pxiPronto Xi.
