What is in this report?
sale02Value, quantity, and GP $ or GP %, by customer, invoice rep, product groupIn security, a list of users or other groups that can be used to assign access permissions and capabilities. Groups can be referenced from other authentication sources or can be local to Pronto Xi Business Intelligence. Local groups are managed from BI Administration. The list of groups that an authentication user is a member of is part of the user's passport for an Pronto Xi Business Intelligence session. In reporting, grouping is the action of organising common values of query item together and only displaying the value once. Headers and footers often appear after each instance of a common value in a grouped column, invoice territory, or warehouse for the selected time frame (periods, weeks, or days).

How do I use it?
Sort options:

Group by — group and sortArrange elements of a list in a certain order. Rank By — sort the report, either alphabetically or numerically
The sort is determined by the option you select in Group by.
FiltersSelectively remove data from view. include:

Measure by — select value, gross profit $, gross profit percentage, or quantity as the report measureA measure is the name of the numeric value contained in a fact. All measures can be calculated. For example, quantity sold, selling price.

Time Period type — select time bucket to analyse
You are prompted for the base date to use:
- Period — select any period from the beginning of the time dimensionA broad grouping of data about a major aspect of a business, such as products. A dimension provides the context of a fact and is used in queries to group related facts together. In Analytics Dashboards, a dimension provides a perspective of a DMR Schema. Dimensions tend to be discrete and are often hierarchical. A dimension can contain one or more hierarchies. For example, Product Name, Style, Colour, Size. to plus 1 year from the current AR Ledger period
- Week — select any calendar week from the beginning of the time dimension to plus 1 year from the current AR Ledger period
- Day — select today, yesterday, or an entered date

Number of Periods/Weeks/Days) — select how many periods, weeks or days backwards from the base value selected above to display on the report
- Customer — search by customer code, customer keyword, or customer code range
- Item Code — search by item code, item keyword or the item code or item code range
Other filters include Rep, Territory, Product Group, and Warehouse.
What can I do in the report?
You can group and sort the report by customer, invoice rep, invoice territory, product group, and warehouse.
You can filter by Period, Number of Periods/Weeks/Days, and Measure By.
