How do I use it?

Sort options:

• Display by — sortArrange elements of a list in a certain order. The most-used orders are numerical order and lexicographical order. the reportA set of data deliberately laid out to communicate business information. • Age Report by — show ageing by Trans Date, Due Date, Invoice Date

FiltersSelectively remove data from view. include:

• Page Selection — select if you want to see the summary, detail, or both pages of the report

• Account Balance Selection — run the report for all, non zero, credit, or debit balances

• Reference Balance Selection — run the report for non zero or all references

• Show Foreign/Mirrored Currency Values — display or hide foreign or mirrored currency values

• Show Transacted/Supplier Currency Values — display or hide transacted or supplier currency values

• Ageing Buckets to display — select one or more ageing buckets to display

Other filters include Detail Page Columns to Display, Supplier, Supplier Type, and Supplier Group.

What can I do in the report?

The first page of the report displays, by currency, the total values.

The second and subsequent pages of the report (accessed by clicking Page down) show these values in detail.

Select Rank By to sort, in each groupIn security, a list of users or other groups that can be used to assign access permissions and capabilities. Groups can be referenced from other authentication sources or can be local to Pronto Xi Business Intelligence. Local groups are managed from BI Administration. The list of groups that an authentication user is a member of is part of the user's passport for an Pronto Xi Business Intelligence session. In reporting, grouping is the action of organising common values of query item together and only displaying the value once. Headers and footers often appear after each instance of a common value in a grouped column, in alphabetically ascending or descending order, or by the total amount ascending or descending.

Change the ageing method using Age Report by.

Filter by Account Balance Selection and Reference Balance Selection.
