What is in this report?

ar03Selected transactions by customer and transaction date, for reconciliation, investigation, and data verification. Includes foreign currency amounts, where mirrored currency is implemented.

How do I use it?

Sort options:

• Group & Sort by — groupIn security, a list of users or other groups that can be used to assign access permissions and capabilities. Groups can be referenced from other authentication sources or can be local to Pronto Xi Business Intelligence. Local groups are managed from BI Administration. The list of groups that an authentication user is a member of is part of the user's passport for an Pronto Xi Business Intelligence session. In reporting, grouping is the action of organising common values of query item together and only displaying the value once. Headers and footers often appear after each instance of a common value in a grouped column the reportA set of data deliberately laid out to communicate business information. Depending on the context, 'report' may refer to report specification or report output. FiltersSelectively remove data from view. include:

• Date Selection — select a date range, year or period on which to report

• Show Outstanding Only — filter to show only outstanding accounts or all accounts

• Sub Total by Reference — display or hide the sub total for each reference

• Transaction Type — select the transaction types to viewA set of data connected to a cube, deliberately laid out to communicate business information.

• Territory — select the territories to view

• Customer Status — select the customer statuses to view

• Customer Type — select the customer types to view

• Rep — select the reps to view

• Currency — select the currencies to view

• Customer Search By — search by customer code, customer keyword, or customer code range

• Invoice Number Search By — search by invoice number, invoice number keyword, or invoice number range

• Batch Reference Search By — search by batch reference code, batch reference keyword, or batch reference range

• Columns to Show — select additional columns to display

  You can include:

  • Batch Trans Number

  • Batch Reference

  • Customer Branch Account

  • Customer Status

  • Customer Type

  • Foreign Currency

What can I do in the report?

You can sortArrange elements of a list in a certain order. The most-used orders are numerical order and lexicographical order. by Group & Sort by.

You can filter by Date Selection, Transaction Type, and Sub Total by Reference.
