New folders added for Pronto iQ customisations

For all customers upgrading to version 750, the following folders have been automatically added to your Global reports folder (which is located in the Team content area).

These folders are intended to store custom Business IntelligenceBusiness Intelligence, often referred to as BI, refers to the skills, processes, technologies, applications and practices used to support decision making. This is also the name of the Pronto Xi BI module. content such as reports, dashboards, packages, and so on, that have been commissioned by customers and provided by Pronto iQ. None of the folders have any security access restrictions set up, and you can implement security locally in conjunction with Pronto iQ if required.

The folders have the following purpose:

• PSD

  Top level folder.

  The second level folders have the following purpose:

  • Production

    Duplicate of all reports Pronto iQ have published into production.

  • UAT

    Duplicate of all reports Pronto iQ have published into UAT (customer testing).

  • WIP

    Pronto iQ development area.

• UAT

  Area for customer testing.
