This KPI provides the following default drill paths:

  • customer

  • territory class

  • sales rep

The metricA measure used to assess performance in a key area of a business. rank values displayed in the KPI History and KPI Definition screens is the aggregated value of the first item for the first drill path only. Additionally, displayed rank-based metric values in these screens are not applicable.

To viewA set of data connected to a cube, deliberately laid out to communicate business information. the actual values for each KPI drill path, click History, select a snapshot date, and click Drill Down.

The displayed value of each metric is an aggregation of the data, up to the viewed levelIn a hierarchy, a level indicates a group of common or related members. For example, in a Time level, members may include Year, Month, Day or Fiscal Year, Calendar Year, etc. of the selected drill path, as of the As At snapshot date.

This KPI includes the following metrics:

Metric Definition

Metrics for customers and their relationship status, by totals and by percentage of the total customers, for the selected time buckets.

Total Customers

The total number of customers.

OK

The total number of customers in OK status.

No Supply

The total number of customers in No Supply status.

Legal Action

The total number of customers in Legal Action status.

Closed

The total number of customers in Closed status.

Deleted

The total number of customer records that have been deleted.

This is derived from the Account Removed date.

Service Only

The total number of customers in Service Only status.

% OK

The percentage of total customers in OK status.

% No Supply

The percentage of total customers in No Supply status.

% Legal Action

The percentage of total customers in Legal Action status.

% Closed

The percentage of total customers in Closed status.

% Deleted

The percentage customer records that have been deleted.

This is derived from the Account Removed date.

% Service Only

The percentage of total customers in Service Only status.
