This KPI provides the following default drill paths:

groupIn security, a list of users or other groups that can be used to assign access permissions and capabilities. Groups can be referenced from other authentication sources or can be local to Pronto Xi Business Intelligence. Local groups are managed from BI Administration. The list of groups that an authentication user is a member of is part of the user's passport for an Pronto Xi Business Intelligence session. In reporting, grouping is the action of organising common values of query item together and only displaying the value once. Headers and footers often appear after each instance of a common value in a grouped column

The metricA measure used to assess performance in a key area of a business. rank values displayed in the KPI History and KPI Definition screens is the aggregated value of the first item for the first drill path only. Additionally, displayed rank-based metric values in these screens are not applicable.

To viewA set of data connected to a cube, deliberately laid out to communicate business information. the actual values for each KPI drill path, click History, select a snapshot date, and click Drill Down.

The displayed value of each metric is an aggregation of the data, up to the viewed levelIn a hierarchy, a level indicates a group of common or related members. For example, in a Time level, members may include Year, Month, Day or Fiscal Year, Calendar Year, etc. of the selected drill path, as of the As At snapshot date.

Metric	Definition
This metric provides resource utilisation metrics based on the following hours definitions: available hours The total hours available, based on all calendars which apply to the resource. booked hours The hours booked for the resource. actual hours The total hours worked, excluding travel, leave, and allowances. total hours The total hours, which includes work time, travel time, leave, and allowances. In the Timesheet Type Codes - TI code tableAn object that is made up of rows and columns and stores the data in an RDBMS., these types are W, T, L, and L respectively.
Avail. Hours - YTD	The available hours for the resource ytdsince the first day of the current financial year.
Avail. Hours - MTD	The available hours for the resource mtdsince the first day of the current financial period.
Avail. Hours - Week	The available hours for the resource weeksince the start of the current week.
Avail. Hours - Day	The available hours for the resource todaysince the start of the current day.
Avail. Hours - Rolling 12	The available hours for the resourcemat12 expressed as a moving total, over the previous 12 (or 13) periods, and excluding the current period.
Avail. Hours - LY YTD	The available hours for the resourcely ytd for the same year to date period in the previous financial year.
Avail. Hours - LY MTD	The available hours for the resource ly mtdfor the same month to date period in the previous financial year.
Avail. Hours - LY Week	The available hours for the resource ly weekfor the same week in the previous financial year.

Booked Utilisation % - MTD	The utilisation of the resource as a comparison between the booked hours and the total available hours, expressed as a percentage mtdsince the first day of the current financial period.
Booked Utilisation % - Week	The utilisation of the resource as a comparison between the booked hours and the total available hours, expressed as a percentage weeksince the start of the current week.
Booked Utilisation % - Day	The utilisation of the resource as a comparison between the booked hours and the total available hours, expressed as a percentage todaysince the start of the current day.
