Sales - Sales, Budget, Variance and Gross Profit

KPIQuantifiable measurements, agreed to beforehand, that reflect the critical success factors (of the company, department, project, individual). 1

This KPI aggregates a broad range of industry standard metrics, and helps you to answer the following questions:

  • what has been sold

  • to whom did we sell

  • where did we sell

  • who actually sold it

  • when did we sell

  • how we selling against budgets

  • are we improving or worsening

  • what patterns and trends can we see

This KPI provides the following default drill paths:

This KPI includes metrics which are additionally grouped by metricA measure used to assess performance in a key area of a business. type:

The metric rank values displayed in the KPI History and KPI Definition screens is the aggregated value of the first item for the first drill path only. Additionally, displayed rank-based metric values in these screens are not applicable.

The displayed value of each metric is an aggregation of the data, up to the viewed levelIn a hierarchy, a level indicates a group of common or related members. For example, in a Time level, members may include Year, Month, Day or Fiscal Year, Calendar Year, etc. of the selected drill path, as of the As At snapshot date.

Sales value is derived from the total value of sales order type stock movements for the selected time bucket.
